Healthcare: Cardiology centre to open next year
Health Department ordered to appoint staff to the centre.
DHONKAL:
The Emergency Department of the Wazirabad Cardiology Centre will start functioning in February 2013. Local Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leaders announced this after a meeting with a delegation led by MPA Shaukat Manzoor Cheema. They said the building had been completed and the equipment would be provided soon. Cheema said work on electricity supply to the centre was underway and Rs12 million had been paid to the Gujranwala Electric Power Company. He said the Health Department had been ordered to appoint staff to the centre. He said thousands of patients would benefit from the facilities being provided at the centre.
