PESHAWAR: In another rocket attack in the city, the boundary wall of a house was slightly damaged when a stray rocket fell on Jamaluddin Afghani Road, University Town on Friday morning. An official of the University Town police station said the incident occurred around 11am. The rocket is suspected to have been shot from Khyber Agency. The bomb disposal squad (BDS) inspected the site and collected parts of the device.  “It is a Russian rocket which has a range of at least 12 kilometers,” said BDS official Abdul Haq. University Town is a sensitive area as many international and local non-governmenal organisations have their offices in the locality. The Peshawar Airport is also nearby. This was the second attack in the area this week.
