Lewis Hamilton will be racing for McLaren for the last time at this weekend’s Brazilian Grand Prix before joining new team Mercedes for the 2013 season, according to ESPNF1. McLaren signed Hamilton as an 11-year-old boy, who went on to win the world drivers’ title in 2008 after narrowly missing out in 2007. The Brit wants to end his tenure with the Woking based team on a high. “Brazil has been the scene of some epic races for me during my time at McLaren and this weekend will be a very big race for me,” said Hamilton. “I nearly won the title here in 2007, clinched it on the final turn in 2008 and drove like crazy to finish on the podium in 2009. But I’ve never won and that’s what I’ll be aiming to do this time around.”
