Domestic Affairs: Mother and son reconciled

Rizwana Bibi tells the court that her son’s life is in danger and her husband is incapable of taking care of the boy.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Khalid Mehmood Bhatti, on Friday, handed over a minor to his mother after an SHO recovering the boy from his father on a petition filed by the woman.

Rizwana Bibi filed a petition submitting that she married Amin Nazeer in 1993 and out of the marriage had two sons, Hassan, 18, and Farhan, 7, and a daughter Kunza, 16.

She said that their relationship turned sour and her husband threw her out of the house. At that time, she said, Hassan and Kunza came with her but her husband kept Farhan back.

Rizwana Bibi told the court that her son’s life was in danger and her husband was incapable of taking care of the boy.
