
The sixth additional district and sessions’ judge, East, Manthar Ali Jatoi, sentenced Danyal to death after the prosecution established murder charges on the account of eyewitnesses and substantial evidence against him in the court.
Danyal was accused of killing a man, identified as Nadeem, in May, 2006, in the jurisdiction of Zaman Town police. The charges were supported by medical evidence and the recovery of a weapon from Danyal.
The judge also directed Danyal to pay a fine of Rs100,000 which would be given to the legal heirs of Nadeem.
