Fresh admissions: SMIU entrance test on Nov 18

SMIU vice chancellor Dr Mohammad Ali Shaikh says admissions will be given on merit basis.

KARACHI: The Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU) will conduct its entrance test on November 18 at 2 pm. The university is offering admissions in its media studies, business administration, environmental studies and computer science departments. SMIU vice chancellor Dr Mohammad Ali Shaikh said on Tuesday that admissions will be given on merit basis, but some seats have been reserved for talented students from less privileged backgrounds.
