Collision: 4 killed, 3 injured in road accident

FAISALABAD: A couple and their two children were killed while three others were injured in a road accident in Bhowana on Saturday. Police said that a motorcycle rickshaw collided with a truck and overturned near Adda Kuppan. The family sitting at the back of the rickshaw got thrown on the road and was run over by a tractor-trolley. The driver and two other passengers in the front were injured and taken to a hospital, where doctors treating them said that their condition was critical. They were identified as Hakim Ali, Dilawar Khan and Ghulam Murtaza. The bodies of the deceased –Zulfiqar, Irshad Bibi, Mumtaz Bibi and Ali Raza—were sent to their family. The drivers of the truck and the tractor-trolley fled the scene.
