In a statement issued by the party early on Thursday, Hussain sensing friction between the army and judiciary, stressed that the country, was in dire need of stability and unity.
“Highlighting mutual differences between the army and judiciary as rifts, in present circumstances, are not beneficial for the future of the country when they could otherwise easily be solved.”
The MQM chief added that Pakistan’s image cannot be tarnished to satisfy the ego and desires of an individual or individuals.
“All august state institutions must respect each other and work within their own framework,” Hussain advised.

We Salute Altaf Hussain Bhai Who Always Talk For The Betterment Of Pakistan And The People Of Pakistan
Thanks to Mian Nawaz Sharif and Altaf Bhai for showing great wisdom.
I don't thing that there is any rift between the Army and the Judiciary.
General Kiyani has given a statement and Chief Justice has also given a statement. Both the gentlemen holds highest respects and regards for each other.
They ugly part is that instead of asking direct questions to the COAS, some people have started giving their own opinion and translating the views of COAS and some people have started giving their opinion as if what CJ means in his statement which is not fare.
It is unfortunate that people drive their own opinion without asking the person as what does he actually mean to say?
By the Grace of Al-Mighty Allah, both the institutions are intact and Inshallah will remain intact in the supreme interest of Pakistan.
Let's not bother as there seems to be no rift between the Army and the Judiciary.
We need a poll Altaf Bhai whether we want CJ's Pakistan or Kiyani's Pakistan.
