Shias are only 20% of the population but open up any newspaper or any news site and you can image how many of the killed are shia and that too because of their FAITH. other sunnis are most likely being killed by the wahabis too. its unfortunate the shias and sunnis can't unite and fight and wipe out the wahabis that are being funded by the gulf states.
@Ali: The answer to the problem during Muharram is do not over expose yourself. Processions present a very soft & easy Target to the Terrorists. Prevention is better than cure.
Sectarian divisions and separatist minds always get such results.It happens when you promote hatred and violence sometimes,it reflects back in terms of a pathetic end.Sectarian fractions need to be ended.He promoted sectarianism and see how he ended.
Bhai, only shia is not a target . Peoples being butchered without cast or community everyday....
I want to emigrate from this country asap.
Not only shias, sunnis are also being killed. Dont cry for shias alone, a lot of innocent sunnis were killed due to sectarian violence. Whoever else is killing on sectarian basis will live in Jhannam forever.
Thanks
@Aliya: @Ali:
You got the Pakistan you wanted, not stop whining ! And if you really care, then do something about it instead of waiting for Allah to come to your rescue.
They asked you to bow, you agreed to crawl...
Government is failed completely to give security to its people. Shias are killed in every part of country, from Gilgit to Parachinar, from Quetta to Karachi. Political and religious parties like PPP, PMLN, PTI, JI, JUI , etc are silent. Police, rangers and other law enforcement agencies are doing nothing to stop these killings.
Shia killing when the country is being ruled by Shias is not understandable. Serious problem with the government, to say the least.
@Ali: So it begins? so it continues is more appropriate here. People are dying everyday. What has our country become? Muharram is around the corner and the killers are looking to expand their pathetic hunger game.
Beirut of the Indian subcontinent, only bigger and potentially more explosive...
The situation in the Province of Sindh is no different from Balochistan Dysfunctional Govt. The Govt has no right to Rule.Governor's Rule in both the Provinces.In fact the Central Govt has also miserably failed. The SC should declare it Dysfunctional.
How's Malala's condition in UK ?
No respite for shia citizens in Pakistan - no political party has addressed it in their party manifesto - all parties want Talibans and their supporters' votes. hopeless Pakistan.
