Rules violation: School closed to allow wedding

"The permission was not granted but the school principal declared a holiday", says EDO (Education).

KHUSHAB: The Municipal Corporation High School principal on Saturday announced a holiday to let a wedding feast to take place on its premises. Several students and their parents demonstrated against the principal in front of the school to protest the uncalled-for holiday. EDO (Education) Mian Ismaeel said permission had been sought from the district officer for the wedding on the school premises. He said the permission was not granted but the school principal declared a holiday.
