Departmental crime: Two held for stealing gas pipes

GUJRANWALA: Two men were arrested on Sunday for selling Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) pipes worth millions of rupees. Senior Engineer Asim Sarwar Mir was informed that the pipes were being sold to a junk dealer. SNGPL officials and police raided the shop and caught Boota Maseeh and junk dealer Sarwar red-handed. Boota Maseeh’s son Younas Maseeh managed to flee the scene.
