In the line of duty: Security official hurt in roadside blast

Three days ago landmine blasts occurred in Pelough area of Dera Bugti in which 3 people were killed.

QUETTA: A security official was wounded in a landmine blast in Dera Bugti District on Saturday. According to the Balochistan Levies officials, security personnel were clearing an area in Pelough tehsil’s Chaat Nullah, Dera Bugti, when a security official stepped on a landmine. The resulting explosion wounded him seriously. He was moved to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Three days ago landmine blasts occurred in Pelough area of Dera Bugti in which three people, including two women were killed and four others were wounded.
