Commerce Initiatives: Gujrat chamber team visits Islamabad chamber

Bakhtawari called for strong networking among chambers, business associations for effective advocacy on common issues.

A delegation of Gujrat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) visited Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) to congratulate Zafar Bakhtawari on his appointment as the president of the ICCI.


Speaking on the occasion, Bakhtawari emphasised on strong networking among the chambers and business associations for effective advocacy on common issues, which were badly affecting the growth of business activities in the country.

He said that businessmen must strengthen relations with each other on regional basis to work together to address highlighted issues.

He said that for policy reforms associations must sit together and give recommendation for its remedial solutions. ICCI president said that facilitating growth of private enterprises will create benefits for the economy.
