Speaking to the media at Pims Hospital in Islamabad, Malik said that Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) spokesperson Ehsanullah Ehsan was involved in the attack on the child rights activist.
He added that Malala’s father has requested the British government to extend his visa.
Malala was shot in the head by the Taliban on October 9, when she, along with other girls from the school were on their way to school for speaking against them. She is currently under treatment at a hospital in Birmingham.

Rehman Malik would you like to explain that what about the other two innocent and sinless girls??????
rather than announcing sitara shujaat for these girls it would have been better if it was announced that full security will be given to her class fellows and they will be given free education till they get degree... rather than giving them practical help...he is still going for superficial aid.....we are a strange nation..... sitara shujaat is best left for others....these kids need security and education...........
Pakistan needs more girls like Malala Yousafzai !!!!.. I hope she get better soon!!!!..
