People of Pakisatn will not be fooled by false propaganda, said Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif on Monday.
Speaking in Okara, Sharif said PML-N has always struggled for upholding justice.
The PML-N has recently come under fire after the Supreme Court issued its verdict on the Asghar Khan case, declaring that the 1990 elections were rigged by the then intelligence and army chiefs.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif had earlier announced that his party, which was one of the benefactors of the rigged 1990 elections, was ready to accept the Supreme Court’s ruling.
Sharif though alleged that President Asif Ali Zardari had also made a deal with Intelligence Bureau (IB) for his own political gains.
