Public service: MBS project’s cost Rs24b, says spokesman

Spokesperson adds Rs481.3 million were being spent on iron fences along the 27km route.

LAHORE: A Lahore Development Authority spokesman said on Tuesday that the approved cost of Metro Bus Service project was Rs24 billion. He said Rs481.3 million were being spent on iron fences along the 27km route. The spokesman said the impression that Rs18b were being spent on the fence was false.
