Commemoration: Liaquat Ali Khan’s 61st death anniversary

The members and office bearers of the Quaid-i-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan Memorial Committee will visit the mausoleum.

KARACHI: The 61st death anniversary of the country’s first prime minister, Liaquat Ali Khan, will be observed today. The members and office bearers of the Quaid-i-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan Memorial Committee will visit the mausoleum of one of the key leaders of the Pakistan Movement to lay floral wreaths and offer Fateha. A meeting would be held later to pay homage to the slain leader, according to the committee’s statement issued on Monday.
