PESHAWAR:

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Governor Barrister Masood Kausar said on Sunday that the government was compelled to take harsh decisions to end militancy once and for all.

Talking to journalists while visiting blast victims at the Lady Reading Hospital, he said that the government, political parties and the people were on the same page . “The government cannot wait any longer,” he said adding that the ground realities were changing quickly.

“We will take on the militants no matter wherever they are in the country,” Kausar said. He added that peace had been restored in majority of the troubled areas due to sacrifices made by security forces.
