Govt of Balochistan not serious about restoring peace: CJ
The hearing is underway by a three-member bench at the Quetta Registry of the Supreme Court.
During the hearing, the chief justice questioned Inspector General (IG) of Police on what happened to the officers who were referred for the hearing of the case.
The IG informed the court that 30 officers arrived in Balochistan the previous day and that a summary regarding their postings had been forwarded.
The chief justice directed the IG that the officers should be posted as District Police Officers (DPOs).
The chief secretary of Balochistan informed the court that there was no military operation underway in the province and that the Frontier Corps (FC) were given the authority of police for two months.

@Mirza: Rhetorics have no place against logic. East Pakistan was a different story, it was beyond our reach and Balochistan is within are territorial boundary. I feel pity on mental calibre of the people who say that Balochistan will be separated, here are some facts to elevate your perception:- 1. Total balochis in Balochistan are 40%, rest are pashtuns, bruhis, hazaras and Makranis represent 60% population. 2. Out of 40% balochis, 30% are the Patriot Pakistanis and they are more then 20. Only less then 10% i.e. Muree, 30% of Bugttis and mengals are problem creators. Reasons are obvious as they lead by spoiled kids of some baloch tribe SARDARS and want a free meal. Mr Mirza, i can assure you that no super power will want any of these spoil brats leading tribemen on the mouth of Bay of hormuz, the reason you will understand. Basically the Some powers use them to create problem for Pakistan up to a limit but up to a limit. Soon these spoiled childs of Sardars will find them in their aspens mountain hides without followers. REGARDS
I guess we have to stop worrying about the separatists and their supporters schemes. If each one of us had been earning honest bread and stayed from free subsidies from any one we would have established a system th, at was was respected by all, separatists and their supporters. It's also true if we don't condemn the wrongs committed anywhere around the world, soon or later they are going to be knocking at our own door in the middle of the night. The Baloch, the Sindh, the terrorists or any other issue would not have been there had we established the fair-for-all Rules of the Game like those homeless & lawless settlers of America and Australia. We knew we were trying to tame a wild beast into a domestic cow, we should have given it a thought or a million and stood fast on it. If those settlers in other colonies could have produced honest men who stepped forward out of a rowdy crop just to help their people who are considered the fore-fathers now, how come we could not produce? If a-lot-of outcast criminals, pirates, grave robbers, cut throats, gunslingers, could be turned into nation builders whats wrong with us? Are we worst than them? Are we really incompetent as one group, one neighborhood, one community, or one nation? We then should not talk of PRIDE in anything until we learn to live together and pay for everything we bring home to use. Lets don't blame each other for the past but start thinking about tomorrow. Our car won't go straight if we keep looking in the rear view mirror. Over the years that could have become our die-hard habit but for progress we must look forward now and make simple rules that benefit all & for all to follow.
@huzaifa: And yet we are all against the US and Israeli settlers who have opened up the minds of local people and educated them? Each and every colonial power had this same argument and mentality. The US settlers have improved the vast country of native Indians and so did the Israelis in the land called Palestine. Does your argument make it right? COURTS HAVE SHOWN A CLEAR INCLINATIONS TOWARDS PEOPLE WHO HAVE TAKEN UP ARMS AGAINST PAKISTAN. 922 “terrorists” have been freed and government was ordered to pay rewards to the Lal Masjid Terrorists who killed our troops including rangers and pakistan Army. INSHA ALLAH SOON THE FAMILIES OF THE SHAHEEDS WILL ESTABLISH A CAMP IN FRONT OF SUPREME COURT AGAINST THEUNJUST DECISIONS OF THE COURTS.

What would it take for the court to announce its verdict? We all know about the killing and helplessness of the govt, another political statment by the court is not going to help the victims. What we all need is a strict and fair judgement ASAP. Justice delayed is justice denied. Talk is cheap let us make some historic legal decisions.

Until this is done, no great departure from the present practice will be seen. It is in the interest of peace and prosperity of the South Asian region that Pakistan should remain a united and stable country intent on pursuing the welfare of the people through policies and actions that ensure development in the province as well as in the country at large. The touchstone is that the natural resources of the province should bring commensurate benefit to the people of the province.
