LAHORE: The Health Department is close to a final draft of a revised service structure for doctors, a senior officer of the department said on Tuesday. He said the department would ask the representatives of the Young Doctors Association (YDA), the Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) and the Medical Teachers Association (MTA) to sign an agreement regarding it. “Once the document is signed, a final meeting chaired by Senator Ishaq Dar will be called before the decisions are announced,” he said. YDA Punjab representatives have said they would not sign any document until it had been discussed with the YDA General Council and approved by it.
