In light of the spot fixing scandal, PCB Chief Ijaz Butt should be sacked or the entire Standing Committee on Sports will resign, stated Chairman National Assembly's Standing Committee on Sports, Iqbal Muhmmad Ali.
Iqbal made this remark during a session of the NA Standing Committee on Sports in Islamabad on Monday. He demanded that the PCB be dissolved and a new board should be formed on an ad-hoc basis.
The members of the Standing Committee also demanded that team management and players alleged in spot-fixing should immediately be called back from England.
