Young talent: ACCA organises Talent Gymnasium
The workshops served as a tool for ACCA trainees to realise their potential to excel in their professional careers.
ISLAMABAD:
ACCA Pakistan organised Talent Gymnasium here recently in a bid to provide a platform for dual objectives of honing professional skills of finance and accounting trainees and bringing together ACCA’s key employers and talented trainees, says a press release. The event included a discussion forum on ‘Getting recruited: What employers look for in employees’, led by experts including Naushad Javaid, EVP Leadership and Organisational Development of PTCL, Asif Saeed, Manager (Human Resource and Administration) of Attock Refinery and others. The discussion motivated the youth to embrace their career aspirations and work for the general development of the country. The gymnasium also featured a mix of professional skills workshops on interpersonal skills and team skills.
