No amount of 'investment' or 'technology' can solve our power problems because the problem is not lack of technology, or investment or even funds. The problem is inefficient project management, lack of implementation of asset management pracices and corrupt service delivery while undertaking large projects. We should stop looking for a 'silver bullet' solution and start treating the rot that is from the 'Head' all the way to the 'Tail' in our power sector. Unless these diseases are addressed, Pakistanis will remain in the dark.
