The Supreme Court had taken a decision of appointing federal tax ombudsman Dr Shoaib Suddle as a one-man inquiry commission.
Riaz’s review petition, filed through his counsel Zahid Bukhari, was earlier returned by the Supreme Court’s Registrar Office with objections.
Today, Justice Jawad S Khwaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain admitted the plea despite the objections raised.
A judicial bench of the Supreme Court will hear the petition.

@MALICK: You missed the judges :)
Let us all admit: Judiciary, Executive and Military/Legislative (on purpose the combination) branches are all in cahoots. That has happened already, willingly or by the circumstances.
Sad but true; any sane person can argue with GOD (He is reasonable) but not with the truth, that is hard and cold and unrelenting. ..Peace
@Sultan Khan: Registrar is indeed No. 2 in the SC. He and CJ were holding meetings with Malik Riaz for CJ's restoration. One wonders why they would even be talking to him on the first place, whether it was before or after restoration. He was making business arrangements and flight reservations for Arsalan Iftikhar. He stole CCTV footage a property of the court and handed it to Arsalan Iftikhar. He has bagged two plots, gotten two extensions. "May be he knows too much about the CJ and his son, or may be he himself is a partner in the business interests". The part in the quotes has yet to be proven, but if it come out true, it won't surprise anyone.
Thanks God. After all sanity has prevailed. But who is this Registrar. Is he No.2 after CJ? Why is he still Registrar? Is among 18 crore Pakistanis there is none to fill the post. Despite the clear cut orders of the Supreme Court he is usurping the the right of some one else for the last three years. Have you any conscience MR.Registrar. No one is indispensable in this world. You may die tomorrow. What will happen then?
