LAHORE: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Chaudhry Ahmad Saeed announced his decision of joining the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Monday, Express News reported.

Saeed took the decision after meeting with PML-N leader and Punjab Chief Minister, Shahbaz Sharif.

Minister for Water and Power Chaudhry Ahmad Mukhtar’s brother, Saeed, represents the PPP in Punjab’s city Gujrat.

Saeed had reservations over the alliance of PPP with the Chaudhry brothers, his political opponents in the region.

The PPP leader had formerly served as the chairman of Pakistan International Airlines and Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited.

It is going on everywhere. One family member is in PPP, One in PMLN and if there is any young guy in a family then he is in PTI. In Other words a Win-Win for the Elite families and they will continue to rule us and Power will remains in some powerful families of Pakistan as whatever party will win their family members will come into the Parliament. Just visit Attock and other regions and One family constitutes all the parties and we are stupid enough to fall prey to these families.

Imran khan is the biggest status quo supporter himself. It is because of ppl like him that pakistan is in such a bad situation right now!!. Before imran khan started taking all these and ex musharaf supporters, we actually had a CHANGE! and these status quo people were insignificant. but they brought imran in the pic and bingo!! the situation changed. All of a sudden everyone, be it pmln, ppp or pti, is after people like kasuri, Amir moqam, Tareen, chattas, legharis, shiekh rashid etc etc. So there is no doubt, that imran with the help of establishment is here to only keep the status quo! shame on you imran khan, I always knew you will go to any extend, when faced with failure!Recommend

I’m rather perturbed that Chaudhary Ahmad Saeed did not himself fit to submit to the power of CHANGE and Tsunami!

Now he has joined safe heaven of people like him. Family politics is strong in PMLN and will remain with Sharifs. This is not new in status quo parties.
