SC asks Rehman Malik to reveal names of parliamentarians with dual nationalities
The letter was written after news emerged in the media of Malik claiming that he knows about several parliamentarians with dual nationalities. The apex court said that it was Malik’s constitutional responsibility to reveal the names as loyalty to the country is obligatory for every citizen under Article 5 of the Constitution.
The court also sent a letter to Member of National Assembly (MNA) Shehnaz Sheikh who is reported to be holding Australian nationality since the past 16 years.
In the dual nationality case, the Supreme Court last week disqualified 11 lawmakers, including Malik. The Election Commission of Pakistan was also directed to initiate legal proceedings against the disqualified parliamentarians.

Despite its own verdict, the supreme court is asking Mr Rehman Malik to name those parliamentarians who are holding dual nationalities. Remember, the supreme court in its recent verdict has declared Rehman Malik as dishonest and a liar.
Sooner this man is out of the cabinet the better for the country as whole and Sindh in particular where he, in connivance with Ishrat Ibaad and nine zero inmates, running a parallel government.

Vienna,September 22,2012 Very interesting. In the first place, Rehman Malik is a special case with dual nationality offense. He taken to be not credible.Would it be taken information sourced to him credible.Or is it intended for further investigation by Suo Motu justice.Malik´s claim should be taken in the light of his interest in his defense. If Malik still holds dual nationality then how come he is still interior minister, these people should be prosecuted for false affidavits submitted to the Election Commission , the NA and PAs. What a country, people violate the constitution and there is no consequences because the corrupt people running the country can't afford to bring in other corrupt politicians like themselves to the face the law. If you people elect again this same outfit in Islamabad then you deserve them.
