Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday took notice of the brutal killing of a labourer by feudal lords near Shujaabad.
Three feudal lords kidnapped Allah Ditta from Basti Daad three days ago and tortured him to death after burying him to neck.
According to the residents of the area, 28-year old Allah Ditta had illicit relations with the daughter of one of the feudal lords, Khadim Hussain.
But Khadim Hussain and his accomplices, Majeed and Hashim, said that they had killed Allah Ditta when he tried to rob their house.
Police have arrested Khadim Hussain and Majeed, while released Hashim on bail, while the chief minister has sought a report on the incident from police in two days.
