Domestic dispute: Woman killed ‘by relative’

FAISALABAD: A woman was shot and killed by a relative in City Tandlianwala area allegedly over a minor dispute. The police identified the deceased as Abida Bibi, a resident of Arif Wala. The FIR stated that she was killed over an argument allegedly by one Ghulam Sarwar. Complainant Noor Ahmad, an uncle of the women whose house she was visiting in Chak 431-GB, stated that Sarwar shot her following an argument and fled the scene. The woman died on the spot.
