Poor performance: 15 cops suspended

Officials were suspended on Friday from duties on account of delinquency, negligence and poor performance.

FAISALABAD: As many as 15 police officials were on Friday suspended from duties on account of delinquency, negligence and poor performance. City Police Officer (CPO) Bilal Siddique Kamyana who gave the suspension orders also issued show cause notices to these officials. Those suspended include: Inspector Ehsanul Haq of Madina Town; Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Elyas and Sub Inspector (SI) Maqbool Ghazanfar of Sadar police station; Constable Sohail Ahmad and ASI Amin of Thikriwala police station; SI Akram of Sahianwala police station; Nazeer Ahmad of Bahlak police station; Zahoor Ahmad and Niaz Ahmad of Sadar Jaranwala police station; Muhammad Aslam of Sammundri police station and Khurram Shehzad of Khurarianwala police station.
