University of Malaya delegation visits NUST

ISLAMABAD:

A four-member delegation from University of Malaya in Malaysia visited the National University of Sciences and Technology here on Friday.

The delegation was led by Prof Dato Dr Sofian Azirun, Dean of Faculty Science at the university. Prof. Dr Noor Azina Ismail, Prof Dr Saad Mekhilef, and Dr Jagdish Kaur were also part of the delegation.

The delegation was warmly received by NUST Quality Assurance Director Muhammad Ismail.

They were given a detailed briefing on NUST’s development plans, academic programmes, research capabilities, and industry and international linkages.

NUST Rector Muhammad Asghar chaired the briefing session while senior faculty and officers of NUST HQ also attended the session.
