LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday sought a reply from the Government MAO College principal for allegedly banning the entry of a bachelor of commerce (BCom) student. Adnan Ashfaq, a BCom student in his 4th semester, submitted through his counsel Asim Faraz Khan that college principal had banned his entry without any reason. He said he had a good academic record at the college and that the ban was affecting his studies.  He asked the court to declare the ban as illegal. Justice Mamoonur Rasheed heard the initial arguments and issued notices to the principal and education secretary for September 5 seeking a response.
