PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court Bar Association (PHCBA) has demanded the government to re-arrest the murderer of Advocate Sardar Khan. Roohullah, the alleged assassin, managed to escape to Afghanistan from the District Headquarter Hospital, Rawalpindi on July 29. The PHCBA has also asked the government to provide maximum security to the victim’s family as they were being pressurised to withdraw the case from court. Khan had been killed in Islamabad on February 3, 2010 after being kidnapped by a group. After collecting data from Khan’s mobile, Roohullah was arrested by Interpol from Qatar in January 2011, but later managed to escape.
