FAISALABAD: A farmer died on Wednesday after he was attacked by his rival’s dogs in Bhowana area. Police said that Allah Ditta, a resident of Chak 225-JB, was on his way home, when his rival, Aslam, let his dogs loose on him. Allah Ditta was severely injured in the attack. Aslam fled the scene. Some passers-by rushed him to a hospital, but he died on the way. The body was then sent to Chiniot district quarters hospital mortuary. Police said Aslam had developed differences with Allah Ditta and his cousin, Rab Nawaz. Nawaz had filed a case against Aslam and his brother.
