It is just beyond belief that the judge has to issue orders to register a case, in other countries it is the police responsibility to register any complaint by a citizen and then go on and investigate it. This police system in Pakistan stinks to high heaven. They are corrupt and lazy and don't want to go after the influential people. Overhaul the system and make a law to forbid all kind of politicians to interfere, influence or even transfers of police officers.
