Cycling: K-P event to kick-off on September 6

The competition is carrying cash prizes with the winner being awarded a crystal trophy and Rs10,000.

PESHAWAR: A 35-km All Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Pakistan Day Cycle Race will paddle off from Nowshera Cantt and culminate at the Institute of Computer and Management Sciences (ICMS) Ring Road Peshawar on September 6, announced K-P Cycling Association Secretary Nisar Ahmad. He said the decision in this connection was taken in a meeting of the K-P Cycling Association. The competition is carrying cash prizes with the winner being awarded a crystal trophy and Rs10,000, while the runner-up and third position holders will be awarded Rs5,000 and Rs3,000 respectively. He said the three position holders would also represent K-P in the Tour of Himalayas’ Race.
