First year in business: AJK govt launches record projects

AJK prime minister says state government is taking all political parties including opposition on board on all issues.

MUZAFFARABAD: The AJK Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed has said that government has launched record number of mega development projects in its first year period after coming in power to bring about a real revolution in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. He stated this while talking a delegation headed by Member National Assembly Zahid Tausif and on Sunday. The prime minister said that to promote reconciliation policy, the state government is taking all political parties including opposition on board on all issues of vital importance. He said it would promote the cause of political brotherhood and atmosphere of understanding which is necessary to end the sense of deprivation prevailing in the masses of the state. He said it would also enable the government to bring the neglected areas at par with the developed areas of the state. He said a strong and stable Pakistan is a guarantee for a secure future for people of Jammu and Kashmir.
