LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court on Saturday asked a medical board to determine the age of Muaz, an accused in the terrorist attack on an Ahmadi worhsip place in Model Town in 2010, and submit its report by September 4. The board is headed by the Services Hospital medical superintendant. During the proceedings, which are being conducted at Kot Lakhpat Jail, Muaz’s counsel submitted that his client was a juvenile and should not be tried as an adult. On Friday, May 28, 2010, over 88 people were killed in twin gun-and-bomb attacks at Ahmadi places of worship in the Garhi Shahu and Model Town areas in Lahore.

If he is old enough to take down 88 people, he is old enough to be sent to the gallows.
