Judiciary is biased against PPP: Sharjeel Memon
Speaking to the media in Karachi, Memon said, “Since three years, a PPP leader is lying in a jail and they are neither giving him bail nor sentencing him. If you [judiciary] think he is guilty, then punish him.”
The minister also mentioned the Arsalan-Riaz saga which involves the chief justice’s son and said, “The biggest thief Arsalan Chaudhry is roaming out free and no one can arrest him. You have issued a stay order on his case. Is that not biased?”
Memon also criticised Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) and said it has started doing dramas. “Look at the recent example of how Sardar Zulfiqar Khosa and his son left the party and came back.”
Waving a paper in his hand which Memon claimed was Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah’s press release, Memon questioned that how can a party which leveled huge allegations against the Khosas bring them back.
“If Rana Sanaullah’s allegations are incorrect, then expel him from the party, and if they are right, then how are they bringing the Khosas back?” Memon added.

My Dears, I will not say it Judiciary, it is an anti Bhutto mindset which is working since 1968 in Pakistan. Some time it comes in the shape of Zia Lobby, some time as Media Lobby, some time as Army, some time as Judiciary, some time as Islamic Lobby, and now a days it got the shape of a group (Terrorists+Media+Judiciary). This mindset killed Bhutto and Benazir and now they are after present PPP Govt.

@ Nauman .. You need FACT ? Are you living on MARS since last 4.5 years ?? Or PPP direct debiting you your house hold expenses from Swiss Bank every month ? Please check fuel prices (its taxes, levy etc.), income flactuation, dollor v/s rupee value, foreign debts, govt. LAVISH expenses, unemployment, encomonic stability, foreign investment and the list goes on.....
it is also biased against shia, hindu, christian, ahmedi, sindhi and baloch
I dont now why the CJ is not allowing this hard working,honest and competent govt of PPP to keep serving the poor.Afterall,the people of this country truly deserve a leader like Zardari.It is only due to the efforts of this govt that people will think twice who to vote for in the next election.
@Aamer: didn't you listen the statements of the faisal raza abidi. he has been saying that for 3 years. but nobody is ready to take him seriosely. why don't chief justice call him into the supreme court for his open verdict. because chief justice feels himself guilty.
@Nauman: What type of evidence you require. Don't you the the whole economic structure of the country has been destroyed. Railways, Steel Mills, PIA, Insurance corporation of Pakistan, PSO, OGDC and many other state institutions have been robbed of billions of rupees and today there is no money to run these institutions. Unqualified, uneducated and people with fake degrees were appointed to take care of premier state enterprises only to filter the money. Ex chairman OGRA, a close relative of Jahangir Badar, with a fake degree was appointed as chairman. He is accused of minting Rs. 83 billions out of the national exchequer and now inspite of being on ECL he has managed to slip out of Pakistan. PPP Ministers and ex Prime Minister's sons are involved in large scale corruption. Hajj scandal and ephedrine cases are already in the courts. Due to their corruption, PPP is not in a hurry to pass the accountability bill which is lying with the National Assembly for the last four years. Last but not the least, why the PPP Government is hesitant in writing letter to Swiss authorities. The reason is clear. They know that they will be punished for their corruption because they will not be able to influence the Swiss courts with their dirty delaying tactics as they have been doing in Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan are not biased but these are being projected as biased by the PPP leaders to cover up their horrendous corruption.
The Supreme Court and it's judges are biased because you guys can't get your own way and don't want to be brought under the law of the land, your party is the most corrupt this country ever had and just look at your President and the 2 Prime Ministers. The Supreme Court is upholding the laws and the Constitution and that is why you don't like it. TOO BAD.

@Nauman, Salman Did chief justice looted the tax money of commoners/State Money? It was a dealing between two people. Even if it was bribery on the name of compromises on justice then it was not done. Even Mr Malik has said that he got no favors. Secondly you want statistics, you want evidence? Then evidence is deteriorating condition of sconomy. The destruction of industry. The shortage of Energy resources. The law and order situation in Karachi, Interior sindh, Balochistan and KPK. The ratio of people committing suicides daily. The statistics are 100 billions lost in railways in last 4 years. Am organization making profits of 11 billions in 2007 and today with a loss of 25 billions. Talking about 100 billions lost in Pakistan Steel. More than 50 billions lost by PIA. Hajj Scandle, NICL and every brick on which a PPP official walks upon has a corruption story hidden under.

This is a well thought out strategy of the present regime to malign CJ and judiciary. The fact is the bench will take up the issue in the next hearing. All the strategies of the govt have failed especially the Malik Riaz Fiasco. I can say only one thing for all these strategies, 'MAN PROPOSES, GOD DISPOSES".

Any sane Pakistani can provide facts and figures and also tell you how they are suffering due to the incompetance of the Gilani government.

Buddy, people are without electricity, jobs, transport and have lost all hope. I mean you are not aware of that? It is the worst government on the face of this planet. The whole country is against this government.

@Maher: Have any facts or evidence or statistics to back up that ridiculous statement? Fact is, the CJ's son committed a crime, for which there is immense evidence, but is roaming free because the court has ordered that his case should not be investigated. That, in my opinion, is the biggest corruption.
