It is suggested that the Law Conference may like to take appropriate measures to enhance the image of especially Lower Judiciary. Speedy disposal of the cases against Land Mafia/Kid Napping/Brutal murders and other high profile crimes.2005 Act of illegal dispossession of immovable property should be implemented in letter and spirit.Every Judge is giving his own version on the law thus benefiting to the land grabbers.Revenue Deptt needs overhauling. I think the District & Session can be of great help to minimize the crimes by giving appropriate punishment to the criminals
