Rest in peace Shamim bhai. You were a kind soul indeed. May Allah grant you a special place in the heaven.
I am deeply shocked and disturbed after reading the news on ET of death of a senior journalist Mr. Shamim-ur-Rehman.
He was a soft spoken and a kind person who always use to share his opinion with other colleagues.
May Al-Mighty Allah rest his soul in peace and give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss of life. Aameen.
One of the respectable minds of the country indeed...RIP Shamim Sahab.
He was like an Elder brother to me. A thorough gentleman. What a loss. He was Lovingly Called "Pappu". We used to cover Sindh Assembly together. May Allah Bless You Eternally Shamim Bhai - Rest in Peace.
