ATC judge Nawaz Khan Barakzai also issued warrants against former chief minister Balochistan Jam Mir Mohammad Yousuf, former governor Awais Ahmed Ghani and other respondents, while hearing the case registered at the Kohlu Police Station.
The sessions court in Kohlu had forwarded this case through the Balochistan High Court to the Anti-Terrorism Court in Sibi on July 4.
During the hearing, the investigation officer informed the court that he is in contact with Interpol regarding the issuance of red warrants against Musharraf and Aziz. He added that Yousuf and former interior minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao were on bail while others were in hiding.
The court ordered the investigation officer to arrest all the nominated accused and produce them before the court during the next hearing.
The bench maintained that it was the last chance for all respondents including former Balochistan home minister Shoaib Nausherwani and former DCO Dera Bugti Abdul Samad Lasi to appear before the court.
The hearing was adjourned till September 5.
Nawab Akbar Bugti was assassinated on August 26, 2006 in a military operation carried out during Musharraf’s regime.

If a dictator could be a great leader like Musharaf then we better bring dictators like him into government.
The late Akbar Bugti once declared: You must remember that I (Akbar Bugti) killed my first man when I was twelve....The man annoyed me.I have forgotten what it was about now,but I shot him dead. Taken from PAKISTAN A Hard Country page 355 by Anatol Lieven. So Mr. Akbar Bugti got what he did to others. Voilence begets voilence.
Bugti committed suicide. President Musharaf simply tried to keep him to his limits. This fake drama will never succeed against him.
Old man Bugti was a rebel and a war lord, people who live by the sword they die by the sword. Good riddance
I want Musharraf tried for issuing the NRO. He had no right to do that. No one elected him. NRO should be declared null and void by Supreme Court as it was an illegal order made by an illegitimate president.
@Raheem Bukhsh: Wrong, war was started by warlord Bugti because of huge ego.
What a farse. No orders to arrest the terrorists who killed innocent people and the soldiers. Our Shaheeds, we are ashamed that our courts have failed to recognize your sacrifices and have sided with the terrorists.
FC soldiers were not expecting Bugti in this raid. WHen they entered the cave Bugti could have surrendered rather than letting his tribemen explode the cave thus killing FC officers and soldiers which is not acknowledged by any Pakistani. why blood of shaheeds is not recognised? So how is Mush involved for something even did not which happened in the heat of battle.
@Khan It was retaliation in the war started by Musharraf that both sides suffered huge losses.
What about crimes againt humanity that bugti committed? What kind of democracy is this?
What happened to the Red Warrants?
We miss Musharraf. Allah may save him from all evils.
Bugti needs to be charged for killing Pakistani Soldiers. Wheres the hue and cry for that?
