Social Responsibility: Omair Sana Foundation organises event for thalassemia
The program is designed to encourage national pride in children and create awareness about the menace of Thalassemia.
KARACHI:
The Omair Sana Foundation (OSF) and the Sindh Medical University (SMU) organised an iftar party and distributed gifts to around 300 children suffering from Thalassemia. The OSF celebrates national and religious events with Thalassemia children annually.
The program is designed to encourage national pride in children and create awareness about the menace of Thalassemia in the country.
The event was attended by SMU’s Vice Chancellor Prof. Tariq Rafi, cricketer Moin Khan, Asad Shafiq, Hijab Manzar, director social welfare from Government of Sindh, actor Hina Dilpazir, OSF’s General Secretary Dr Saqib Ansari, and Joint Secretary Obaid Hashmi.
