FAISALABAD: A man was shot dead allegedly by his son-in-law on Friday in the Jaranwala Saddar area. Police said Abid, a resident of Chak 99-GB, had developed some differences with Muhammad Boota, his father-in-law. Boota died on the spot. His brother Muhammad Islam was also shot. He was taken to the Tehsil headquarters hospital from where he was referred to Allied Hospital in Faisalabad. No arrest had been made in the case till the filing of this report.
