US starts transfer of $1.118b in CSF funds to Pakistan
The announcement came two days after the US and Pakistan signed the Memorandum of Understanding to reopen the NATO supply routes.
Commander Bill Speaks, a spokesperson for the DoD, told The Express Tribune that the CSF funds were to "reimburse Pakistan for costs incurred in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, from the period of July 2010 through May 2011."

What have we, as a nation done to make our country progressive? What? We love to blame others for the misery we suffer. We suffer miseries, what we create. What stops us all to come out of our homes to join hands with each other to organise ourselves to be able to reverse the trend of bringing miseries upon ourselves. Organise ourselves in the localities where we live. This is the only way to become involved in those matters that affect our daily lives and our destiny. This the only way to become responsible citizens. Responsible to bring improvements in our environment. Nothing will change for us. Nothing. Not until we all will see the sense in coming together to bring that change, a welcome change ourselves. To bring that welcome change the first hurdle we all have to overcome is to shed all the bad habits that is part of our daily life. Arrogance is the worst of our bad habits and biggest hurdle in our way to come together to unite. Unite to work for our betterment. If we do not come out to unite to work to bring improvement in the standard of living we shall remain slaves for all time to come.

I think PAK and USA need to increase cooperation and decrease double-games. The more transparent a relation is the better for mutual goals. Fooling each other by tactics wont help neither PAK nor USA.
Relation b/w two countries is not different from relation b/w two people, only that the scale is magnified.
