The Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) helped 38,045 people in 38,008 operations during the month of July.
They responded to 13,124 calls involving road accidents, 21,695 medical emergencies, 776 fire incidents, 87 building collapses, 1,954 crimes, 184 drowning incidents, 173 other rescue operations and 15 explosions.
There were 6,801 rescue operations in Lahore, 4,073 in Faisalabad, 2,824 in Multan, 2,550 in Gujranwala, 1,474 in Bahawalpur, 1,120 in Rawalpindi, 1,384 in Dera Ghazi Khan, 1,228 in Sargodha, 779 in Rahim Yar Khan, 1,379 in Sahiwal, 1,007 in Sialkot, 554 in Murree, 1,372 in Jhang, 501 in Toba Tek Singh, 509 in Muzafargarh, 431 in Rajanpur, 422 in Mianwali, 608 in Pakpattan, 638 in Kasur, 440 in Gujrat, 654 in Bahawalnagar, 350 in Jhelum, 764 in Attock, 664 in Khanewal, 396 in Vehari, 298 in Chakwal, 661 in Okara, 391 in Hafizabad, 733 in Sheikhupura, 645 in Lodhran, 349 in Nankana Sahib, 372 in Khushab, 343 in Mandi Bahauddin, 456 in Narowal, 315 in Layyah and 523 in Bhakkar.
