Sofia Vergara joins cast of 'Family Guy'
She will play lead character Peter Griffin's fantasy love interest in the show, reports starpulse.com.
The episode featuring the 40-year-old will air during the 11th season, set to premiere Sep 30. There will also be a number of surprise appearances by Johnny Depp, Ryan Reynolds and Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz.
Vergara is quickly becoming one of the most highly-sought after stars on TV.
According to ew.com, she will voice the role of Tia Sofia during a hip-hop-themed episode of animated programme The Cleveland Show.
