FAISALABAD: The Punjab government is planning to establish industrial cities along motorways, for which appropriate sites will be selected after conducting a comprehensive survey of the motorways, says Malik Javed Iqbal, Economic Adviser of the Punjab Industries Department. In a statement, he said the Planning and Development Department had been directed to prepare a viable and workable proposal in this regard. The industrial cities will be equipped with latest gadgets and equipment of international standards, which will not only attract foreign investors but will also generate job opportunities.
