SP CID Fayyaz Khan said that the suspects, Ikhlaq Pervaiz and Ayaz, were arrested from Orangi Town a couple of days ago.
They were apprehended through the information provided by Waseem Baroodi and Abdullah alias Taimur, who were placed under police custody earlier.
According to police, all the four suspects have confessed to killing 11 people, including MPA Raza Haider. The police also recovered heavy cache of weapons from them.
