LAHORE: The Supreme Court could strike down any law contrary to the spirit of the Constitution, said Justice (retired) Khalilur Rehman Ramday on Friday. He was addressing the members of the Lahore Bar Association at Aiwan-i-Adl. Justice Ramday asked politicians not to mislead the nation and said the parliament cannot make any law that violated fundamental rights of citizens or Islamic injunctions.
