GUJRANWALA: A shoe and a challan book of a traffic warden were stolen while he was praying inside a mosque in Gujranwala, Express News reported on Thursday. Three young boys, who were earlier fined by the same warden, are suspected to be behind the mischief.

The traffic warden, Zaheer Commando, had fined Kashif, Abdul Razzaq and Hamza with Rs300 for riding one motorcycle. The boys misbehaved with the warden and warned him saying, “We’ll teach you a lesson.”

Later that day, when Zaheer went to a mosque, they stole one of his shoes and his challan book. When they later passed by the warden, they told him to buy a new shoe with same Rs300 he had fined them.

A case has been registered against the three boys.

These miscreants need to be thrown in jail and fined. It is these type of people who think they are above the law that causes all the problems in Muslim countries.
